What is EscroAI Prompt Vault?
EscroAI Prompt Vault is a powerful tool to manage, organize, and discover AI prompts. You can save your favorite prompts to a personal vault, use dynamic variables for rapid editing, and share your best prompts with the global Community Bank.
How do "Variables" work in my prompts?
Variables allow you to create flexible, reusable prompt templates. Simply wrap any word in brackets, like [Topic] or [Tone], inside your prompt content. When you open that prompt, our Variable Workstation will automatically detect the brackets and provide quick-fill text boxes. Once filled, you can copy the fully processed prompt with one click!
What is the Community Bank?
The Community Bank is a global feed of shared prompts curated by our users. Pro subscribers and above can browse, search, and instantly copy or save these community prompts directly to their personal vaults.
Are there limits to how many prompts I can share to the Community Bank?
Yes, to maintain high-quality submissions, we enforce weekly sharing limits based on your tier. Pro users can share up to 5 prompts per week, while PRO+ users can share up to 20 prompts per week.
Can I share a prompt directly with a friend via URL?
Yes! If you are on the PRO+ tier, you can generate a "Public Share Link" for any prompt in your vault. When someone clicks your link, they will instantly see a read-only version of your prompt and can easily save it to their own vault.
What if I want to stop sharing a prompt via a public link?
PRO+ users have full control over their public links. You can click the link icon on your prompt card or use the "Revoke Public Link" option inside the workstation. Once revoked, anyone who clicks the old link will be blocked from viewing the prompt.
What happens if I reach my vault limit?
If you exceed your tier's vault limit (e.g., your tier allows 50 prompts but you have 55), your oldest prompts will be temporarily locked. You will need to upgrade your subscription to regain access to those older prompts or unlock a higher capacity.
How many prompts can I pin to my sidebar?
All Pro users and above can pin up to 12 of their most frequently used prompts to the sidebar for instant access from anywhere in the app.
Why am I seeing "Sponsored" prompts in my vault?
Users on the Free tier will occasionally see unobtrusive, native ads (Sponsored prompts) mixed into their vault grid. Upgrading to any paid tier completely removes these ads.
How do I report a prompt in the Community Bank?
If you see a prompt that violates community guidelines, you can click the red flag icon on the prompt card or inside the workstation. Prompts that receive multiple flags are automatically hidden from the public feed pending an admin review.
Can I use Dark Mode?
Yes! You can toggle between Light and Dark themes directly from the top navigation bar (the moon/sun icon) or within the Settings menu. Your theme preference is automatically saved to your profile and syncs across all your devices.
How do I organize and find my prompts easily?
You can assign custom tags to any prompt in your vault. On your home screen, these tags will appear in a scrollable bar at the top. Simply tap any tag to instantly filter your vault, or use the global search bar to find specific words inside your prompts and descriptions.
What happens if I make a mistake while editing a prompt?
The Variable Workstation features built-in Undo and Redo buttons at the top of the screen. If you accidentally delete a paragraph or mess up a variable, you can easily step back through your changes before saving.
Can I hide my email or name from the app interface?
Absolutely. By default, your avatar shows the first letter of your email. In the Settings menu, you can change this to a custom 1-2 letter initial, or enable the "Generic Shield Avatar" to keep your interface completely private—perfect for taking screenshots!
What do the "Community Copies" and "Saves" stats in my menu mean?
These metrics track your global impact! They show the total number of times other users have successfully copied or saved the prompts you have contributed to the Community Bank.
Does the app work offline?
EscroAI Prompt Vault utilizes advanced client-side caching. While you need an internet connection to share to the community or sync new changes to the cloud, your personal vault caches locally so it loads instantly every time you open the app.
How do I delete my account?
If you ever wish to leave, you can navigate to the "Danger Zone" at the bottom of the Settings page. Confirming account deletion will permanently erase all your personal prompts and completely anonymize any prompts you previously shared to the Community Bank.
