Personal Vault: Users retain ownership of any prompts they create and save strictly to their private vault.

Community Bank (License Grant): When a user explicitly shares a prompt to the "Community Bank," they grant EscroAI and all of its users a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to view, copy, modify, and use that prompt.

Account Deletion & UGC: If a user deletes their account, their personal vault is permanently erased. However, any prompts they previously submitted to the Community Bank remain active in the global feed, but are completely anonymized (their user profile is deleted, so the prompt is orphaned/unlinked from their identity).

EscroAI has a community-driven flagging system. Any prompt that receives 2 flags from users (or 1 flag from an Admin) is instantly hidden from the public feed pending review.

Moderation Rights: EscroAI admins have full rights to hide, modify, or permanently delete any content submitted to the platform.

Shadowbanning: EscroAI utilizes a "Shadowban" system for abusive users. We reserve the right to silently revoke a user's ability to push content to the public Community Bank without notifying them, at our sole discretion.

EscroAI enforces tier limits (e.g., Vault limits, weekly Community Share limits). If a user downgrades or their subscription lapses, their oldest prompts beyond the free tier limit will be "locked" (read/write access restricted) until they upgrade again, but the data will not be immediately deleted.

Billing is handled securely by our designated third-party payment processor. (Standard SaaS auto-renewal and refund/cancellation clauses apply).
